Job Description : Will be responsible for the design and implementation of high traffic web applications. Will also be responsible for technical guidance of junior team members via technical reviews and mentoring. Should have 7+ yrs experience with in-depth expertise on the web application development on the LAMP (Linux Apache, MySQL, PHP)platform. Should have experience with the architecture and design of complex and challenging LAMP applications. Should have strong Technical background, with established track record of Design and Development of complex Software systems on an individual basis. Should posses very good debugging skills and should have used debug tool for the same. Should also possess sound design skills with an understanding of best-practices. Should be aware of design patterns, unit/regression testing, code versioning, and build management mechanisms. Should also posses knowledge of specialized techniques like concurrency, networking, and security is highly desirable. Should be able to learn quickly, have eye for detail. Experience with Development and Debugging on both Windows and Unix based platforms. Should have good verbal/written English language, as well as good interpersonal skills is desirable. Technical Skills (perferred): PHP, MySQL, Linux.
